N2 - In this work, we used a panel prokaryote/eukaryote K+ channel chimeras to generate K+ channel arrays. Their behaviour in solution was compared with that when spotted on a nitrocellulose-supported film and their responses to selective high affinity ligands, including polypeptide toxins and TEA, were studied.
