Abstract

This article reports the case of a 56-year-old patient with posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) following endovascular treatment of a symptomatic thoracic aortic aneurysm. The PRES represents a neurotoxic condition with characteristic morphological changes in magnetic resonance imaging.
