N2 - Endoscopic balloon dilatation and laparoscopic myotomy are established treatments for achalasia. Recently, a new endoscopic technique for complete myotomy was described. Herein, we report the results of the first prospective trial of peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) in Europe.
