Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is one of the most common long-term burdens of cancer survivors. Even years after cancer treatment, fatigue can persist and cause an enormous restriction in everyday life and reduction in quality of life. Whilst treating CRF, oncological exercise therapy is very important and shows the strongest evidence for a successful symptom treatment in several meta-analyses. Meaningful studies that examine the ideal regulation and type of training are still missing. A first step to close this scientific gap is undertaken with the FatiGO study. The aim of the multi-centric study is to evaluate the immediate effects on fatigue.
