N2 - Prolonged fever of unknown origin together with night sweats in the elderly requires a systematic search for malignant and infectious foci. Here we present a case of fever of unknown origin which ultimately led us to the diagnosis of everolimus-induced fever. After changing the immunosuppressive regime it resolved rapidly.
