OBJECTIVE: Accessibility of any anatomical structure of the hand via surgical approach.

INDICATIONS: Any surgical treatment of the hand.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Any contraindication to surgical treatment of the hand.

SURGICAL TECHNIQUE: Skin incision at the hand with access to any anatomical structure.

POSTOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT: Postoperative treatment depends on the disease and hand surgery performed.
