N2 - We present a case of twin anemia-polycythemia sequence after laser surgery for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome which resolved spontaneously. No residual anastomoses were identified after placental injection with colored dye. We discuss the possible pathogenetic mechanisms that may have led to this remarkable clinical course and discuss the various management options.
