Quality profiles containing the strengths and weaknesses of organizations or activities, including indicators, benchmarks, and reviewers' recommendations, are communicated to participating organizations in order to stimulate continuous quality improvement by feedback. Moreover, the system offers a database of comparative indicators for monitoring and optimizing health promotion and education.",
