[Aseptic osteonecrosis after steroid treatment].
Abstract
A 28-year-old female patient had load-dependent pain of the left knee. MRI showed an osteochondral defect of the medial condyle based on extensive osteonecrosis of the femoral and tibial bone. An association with a prior steroid treatment after cervical injury is most likely.
