N2 - The case of a ten-year old girl, presenting with pain and restricted movement of the left arm is reviewed. X-rays and bone scan suggested an Ewing's sarcoma of the left humerus, so that the child was referred to surgery. Surprisingly, the histological examination of the surgical specimen revealed a solitary eosinophilic granuloma of the bone.
