Abstract

Endoscopic stenting (ES) is a minimally invasive alternative to surgical gastroenterostomy (GE) for palliation of malignant gastroduodenal obstructions. This consecutive, retrospective analysis compares the clinical outcome of all patients undergoing ES or GE in the same period.
